1. Service Description

SnippetForge ("the Service") is a client-side JavaScript snippet that enables website personalization from a CSV or Google Sheet configuration. The snippet runs entirely in the visitor's browser with no server-side processing.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the SnippetForge v0 snippet on unlimited websites you own or manage. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the snippet code as a standalone product.

3. Payment

All payments are one-time, non-recurring charges processed securely via Dodo Payments. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds). You agree to pay the displayed price at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, you receive immediate access to the snippet, CSV templates, documentation, and setup instructions via the success page. The snippet is hosted on our CDN and can also be self-hosted.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund if the snippet fails to function as described. Since the product is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are not available for change of mind. Contact support@snippetforge.co to request a refund.

6. No Warranties

The snippet is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, business outcomes, or compatibility with every website configuration. The snippet works best with publicly hosted CSV files and standard HTML pages.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnippetForge's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
